David: Thank you for your comments and Merry Christmas and a happy New Year to you and all of your familly. I spoke with Pauline just before Christmas and wished her all the best for the season. She is missing Greg as I suppose you all are at this time of the year. I am sure Greg will be with you all in spirit over the period and on to the new year.
My radiation therapy is completed for the prostate cancer and not much can be gained until the passing of time and the regular PSA blood testing that will be taking place over the coming years. I will be remaining on ADT for the next 12 months at least.
I have to go back to Nambour for a further 7 weeks radiation therapy on my nose. Apparently my nose is suffering badly from BCC skin cancer ( I have had numerous surgery and skin grafts over the past 15 years on the nose that has not fixed the problem. I am left with 2 choices. 1) Amputation and prosthetic or. 2) A course of radiation, guess what I chose??
I have to be back in Nambour on the 6th January with a full dental makeover to begin my next lot of treatment. I will be posting about this when I get over the holiday season approx middle january. Otherwise I have spent a quiet pleasant Christmas with my family.
Regards
Lee aka Popeye
